Heavy materials—including but not limited to concrete, rock, soil, brick, asphalt, tile, or similar dense debris—require a full trailer rental and may be subject to additional fees. Due to weight restrictions, these materials may reach allowable load limits before the trailer is filled by volume. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe loads or adjust pricing if materials differ from those disclosed at booking.
Materials that may contain asbestos must be tested by a certified laboratory prior to removal. Documentation showing negative test results must be provided before such materials can be hauled or disposed of.
